Eastern Area Spring Competition 2024
Essex hosted the Eastern Area Young Farmers Spring Competitions at Writtle College.

CSH Environmental Open Evening
CSH hosted an incredible opening evening, with approximately 250 in attendance and a huge 190 portions of fish and chips!

The evening helped spotlight our recycling campaign, connected farmers and businesses to our scheme and explained what happens to the waste we take in to them as part of our CSH Recycling Campaign.

Golden Welly Ball
In the middle of February we scrubbed our wellies, dressed to impress and had a good boogie at our Golden Welly Ball!

An array of awards were given out, including 'Fittest Club' to Maldon and 'Best Party' to Ongar!
​
The raffle and auction helped us raise £1200 for the James Hora Home!
Countryside Alliance Talk
The Countryside Alliance came to Essex YFC to discuss contemporary issues which farmers are facing nationally.

They touched on policy changes and challenges facing rural communities and the backlash that can occur.
